We want you to love your Grüns wardrobe, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items. Simply ensure all original tags are attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging and securely attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; you will receive a confirmation email once our warehouse has processed your refund.
